Only what you enter in our forms: your name, a phone number or email address and, depending on the form, your budget, the type of property, the region you are interested in, the subject of your request and your message.

Use

This data is used to reply to you and, if you wish, to present to you privately properties that match your search. It is never sold, rented out or used for advertising.

Recipients

Only Hymotek SA has access to it. It is passed on to a third party (notary, bank…) only with your consent, or where required by law.

Retention

For as long as needed to handle your request and to follow up our relationship. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no advertising cookies and no analytics tools. The fonts are hosted on our own server.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to raphaelquiblier@hymotek.ch. This processing is governed by the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
